Hi, Hmmm, and is JAWS functional? Have you tried System Restore to see if it fixes it for a while? As for why I asked for Windows 10 release version: when people say they've got Windows 10, some of us (including I) go into a "panic mode" where we need to ask which release of Windows 10 one is using due to massive differences between releases.
