As I wrote earlier, after installing the latest update to JAWS through the check for updates link in the JAWS help menu, I could not access Chrome websites after using MS Edge, unless I either restarted JAWS or the computer.
Keith Patterson downloaded JAWS through tandem and ran the JAWS repair. Chrome works now after I use Edge. He recommended always downloading the update directly from the website. I'd done that in the past, but alas, not this time. That way too, if there is a problem, the repair option is waiting in the download folder.
