Rick I got the problem fixed.
I deleted the C:\Users\Robin\AppData\Roaming\freedom 
scientific\jaws\2018\Settings\enu\internet explorer.JCF
so everything is back to normal, jaws has created a new internet 
explorer.JCF

Have you tried unloading and then re-loading Jaws?
or rebooting the computer?

it's strange in the latest update when i use internet explorer there is
nojaws curser key, and other jaws commands,   for some reason like
before.
any ideas
