Hi, I have the same issue using windows 10 and Jaws 18. I normally alt tab between jaws and the log on screen and press esc key while on the log on screen. Sometimes the esc works and sometimes it doesn't. I find between the esc key, alt tabbing and just plain tabbing the edit box ends up coming up. I have had this issue for quite some time but I don't have it occurring so much on my PC running jaws 17 and my new laptop running jaws 2018 .All three computers are running windows 10 with latest updates.
