Hi Señor Rick, Okay, I thought the default screen resolution was still in place for Windows 7 32 bit for the older versions of Jaws, especially with the older computers that don't have the newer video cards. But, it's not a problem, I'll experiment and hope that I'll get somewhat accurate results with Tandem, & have the computer owner let me know if they have reading problems. Hi Mike, A particular screen resolution hasn't been recommended since Windows XP. Just one of those things you have to use trial and error with to get the best overall performance.
