With a lot of help from David Whitehead, my Outlook 2016 is working. But the auto complete isn't so basically, I suppose there's still something corrupted. The Microsoft person told me that he'd emptied auto complete, and that if I write the first few letters and press control K, I'd get a list of relevant addresses from which I could choose. I tried that just now with my daughter's address and the list the control K brought up was completely irrelevant. And I still have to paste in the correct address for the DB Review list. David helped me upgrade to Jaws 2018 and we got rid of the to Miriam folder,so I think that auto complete is just not going to happen, except for the blind democracy list for some unknown reason.
