[JAWS-Users] message rules in Outlook 2016

Using the latest version of JAWS 2018 Outlook 2016 on a Windows 7 computer, 
where do I find message rules?  I created a rule, but now need to modify or 
eliminate it and start over.  However, I can't find where in the riboons to 
access my pre-existing rule.  Any help will be greatly appreciated?
