[JAWS-Users] JAWS losing volume

Lately I notice JAWS losing volume whenever another speaking program is 
in use.  Example, when I'm on Skype, the JAWS volume is so low I can 
hardly hear it.  Is this the opposite of audio ducking?  I have that not 
checked in the start up wizard.  How do I keep JAWS from losing volume?
