Hi Jerry,

Okay a couple of suggestions but, I don't know how well either will work.
1. With the document open open your context menu with applications key or
shift + F10, and turn off the detect table settings.
2. With the document open, open quick settings with the keystroke, Jaws key
+ V, and turn off the detect table settings.
3. Copy and paste the whole Word document into a text file. This will
remove all formatting, then you can copy & paste the file back into a new
Word document.

Take care. Mike. Go Dodgers.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] MS Word Question

Morning all.

I was sent a document that was made in a table format. I am wanting to find
out how to convert the table format into a word document format without the
tables. I am using JAWS 2018, Word 13 with Windows 10 on a Dell laptop.
Thanks in advance.
Jerry
