Hi Linda, Try the following: 1. Make sure nothing is selected by pressing, control + spacebar, this is very important. 2. Open your context menu by pressing the applications / context menu key or shift + F10 arrow down to, New, and press enter. 3. Choose folder from there and press enter. I am using the latest version of jaws with windows 10. I tried the control-shift-n keystrokes and didn't get anything. I am a long time computer user and this makes me feel so dumb and I have looked all over the place. Appreciate help.
