Hi Jeff, Check out the following, and how to permanently disable sticky keys is at the bottom: Sticky Keys explained: Sticky Keys, can be turned on / off by pressing the, Shift key, 5 times, quickly. If you press the Shifft Key 5 times quickly you will get a dialogue stating the following: Sticky Keys Do you want to turn on Sticky Keys? Sticky Keys lets you use the SHIFT, CTRL, ALT, or Windows Logo keys by pressing one key at a time. The keyboard shortcut to turn on Sticky Keys is to press the SHIFT key 5 times. In Windows 10 do the following to permanently disable sticky keys: 1. Open the Control Panel. 2. Navigate to the Ease of Access Center, and press enter to open. 3. Tab several times to, Make the keyboard easier to use, link, and press enter to open. 4. Tab to, Turn on sticky keys, and uncheck this checkbox by pressing the spacebar. 5. Tab to, Apply, press the spacebar, tab to, Okay, and press enter to save, and press Alt + F4 to close the control panel.
