Now this is the question to be or not to be? Who should be on top of making 
sure their clients are satisfied, the paid ventor, or the ventor giving 
their products away free? Mind u, the reason the free stuff is to entice one 
to buy the product of the ventor letting one have a down grade free. With a 
little effort on the part of the person wanting to use the free products, 
they usually can find all kinds of documentation to help them use the 
product successfully. And with the help of others on a list like this, who 
can go wrong?
