Hi, Press jaws key j to open the jaws window or context menu. If it's a window, press alt o for options, then go to manage application settings. If you landed in the jaws context menu when press ing jawskey=j, press right arrow on options, then m for manage application settings. You are now in a list of custome script files. Navigate to default and press spacebar to uncheck it, then enter. IS the problem still there?
