Hi Estelita,
It sounds like there's a setting that needs changed in Outlook Express.
Check this:
While in Outlook Express, alt T, for tools, and then A, for accounts.
If you have more than one account, select one of them, and then tab to the
properties, and spacebar it.
When this multi-page dialogue opens, press control + shift + tab, to get to
the Advanced tab.
Tab until you come to the following checkbox:
leave a copy of messages on the server.
If this is checked, press spacebar to uncheck it.
Next, tab to the okay button, and spacebar it, and then when the next
dialogue appears, tab to the okay button, and spacebar it.
I can't advise you on Windows mail, as I am not useing it.
Let us know if this works for you.
HTH,

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Incoming mail problem

Hi list,
I wonder if there's solution of this problem.
I set my email account into my laptop so I can access my email in both ways,
desktop, which uses outlook express and window mail in laptop.
But when I turn on my window mail, all the email that were received and done
in my outlook express, still come in!
Sometimes I get around 400 emails in my window mail.
Any suggestion on how to stop this please?
Thank you,

Estelita
