Hey Arianna, Sometimes I have this problem. When this problem does occur, I find that if I will stop at the subject line and delete from there up, it will work. I don't know why this happens, but it does sometimes. When I do have to do this, I will then delete one line at a time until I get to where I want it to be. I hope this makes sense to you. If not, I would be glad to give you a call and try to explain how to do it. Just let me know.
