Let me try! Maybe it's just me, but in JAWS9, the insert A feature doesn't seem to work.
To be sure there are no attachments, hit the "save attachment" button on the menu. If there are no attachments, JAWS should say "there are no attachments in this message." The only other thing I can think of right now, is that perhaps Outlook is minimized; that could impact what JAWS is trying to tell you. Respectfully, Russell J.
