I'm no expert on any of this by no means, I just have to poke and prod like the next fellow er woman,lol. But wondering if you open the AVG program it's self and that list of items one of them has that firewall where you can make changes. so arrow to it and enter on it and tab through the menus it's not to hard thank goodness! hahahha
