I'm running Vista home premium, jaws 9 and outlook 2007. I've called FS about this problem as well as emailed them. I haven't gotten any email response, but the person on the phone couldn't figure out what I was talking about. I'll get some emails, PCH is one of them where jaws won't read the emails. It says something about unidentifiable table and that's all it says besides saying graphic a bunch of times. If I open the same email in IE then jaws reads the entire thing. This also happens sometimes when people cut things from a web site and send them to me. Jaws won't read them in outlook, but it reads them fine in IE. Anybody got any ideas on how to fix this problem?
