Hi Mike,

The 2 keystrokes mentioned in your messages are referring to the same 
process within the same type of program.

If you have your view settings set to display messages in plain text, the 
keystroke referred to in your message will convert the message text to html, 
allowing you to enter on embedded links within the message.

I'm not sure if this happens for Microsoft Office Outlook, but it is widely 
used in Outlook Express.
