Thanks Chris, hope I can join you guys in the list discussion. for a start, i often face problem like when i am in outlook xpress when my jaws of a sudden becomes silent after reading and deleting mails. when that happen, i waited for a moment hoping that jaws will comes back but it did not. my question is from there how am i going to get jaws back instead of restarting my pc, which i normally did. is there any short cut key strokes that i can learn from you guys here?
