Perhaps you have extended, or may need to further extend, the server time-out setting, which goes all the way from 30 seconds of server inactivity (before being prompted) to 5 minutes. this really shouldn't be happening on a good ISP server; but not all ISP servers are good nor are all ISP's good. If you are using dial-up, however, it is more likely to happen because of the slowness of communication there. Next time, try to remember what they (the tech support) have you do. It makes our job on the list then a lot easier.
