Actually, JAWS works quite well with WLM, and there is little setting up to do, except for getting the passport, which involves going to a web site and filling out a form. You do need to choose a screen name, and your choice may be rejected if someone else has already chozen the one that you want. You do need to choose a password, but this works similarly to any other site where you have to choose a password. There is a capcha, but there is an audio alternative. Once you get the account, WLM with JAWS is pretty straight forward.
