Oh, Flore: they have millions of data base files, many of which are in text but they don't care to do more than they do. I asked them why they couldn't have an accessibility link to a person or persons who could transcribe some pages for people such as I and the response was amazement on their part. Unfortunately, there are still lots of people and businesses who are oblivious to our challenges and who do not think it is their problem. marilyn
