Hi, I'm a little confused but if you are trying to open an attachment in outlook 2003, it seems to work if you maximize outlook first, then press insert a and then enter. Not sure about outlook express.

The keystroke will not work if you're viewing the message in the list pane of Outlook Express or Outlook.
