I have a co-worker whose JAWS comes up as a service, which is good. However, it's not in the system tray, and when insert J is pressed, then the alt key to get to the menus, it says hidden JAWS. To make things worse, the about menu only talks about the version of the tracking engine. What's that all about, and how can we coax JAWS to come out of hiding?
