Hi Victor Looking at the message, there are no references within it to lead me to believe there is a question concerning Jaws and Skype. It simply looks like a straight-forward request for contact information. If a person's contact info isn't contained within the message, the proper way to request it, is off-list, since everyone's e-mail address is readily available. I made my decision based on the information available, and in this particular instance, there was no request for help. Consider this: If everyone were to post like messages, then there would be no need for the list because everyone would be asking there questions privately. Certainly, this list is for the discussion of Jaws, and the management team likes to see every question answered with the appropriate resolution, and if some members prefer to correspond privately, they are certainly free to do so, and we do not discourage that whatsoever. This list is a fairly high-traffic list, and we have to read every single message whether or not we have any personal interest in the subject. Having said that, and you being a moderator yourself, you should be able to understand the need for guidelines, and more importantly the need for members to follow them. We process a large number of message every day, to try and ensure timely delivery to the list, and in doing so, we havve to make judgement calls, and this was one of those. All Donnie would have had to do in the body of his message is said something to the effect of, Can you help me more with Jaws and Skype. and it would have sailed right thru. If I haven't explained this clearly enough, please contact me. You've got my e-mail address, here is my phone number: 937-521-2335
