Karen, your story sounds like mine. We all started somewhere and everyone on this list tries to help so don't be reluctant to ask us anything. I had some sighted help to read the screen and help with software to start so do you have someone nearby who could pop in from time to time? I think we have some trainers on this list and maybe they will join in right now. marilyn (and I'm older than you are but I figured it out. So can you.)
