Well thanks Mike. The only thing is, I did try that, and it keeps doing it.
However, there are times when it will let me reply without being

Hi KK,
I have had the same problem, but only after updating to Jaws 10.0.512. To
get past it , I press escape and reopen the email and press control + r
again and it works. Take care.
