If you want to use the Real Speak Solo Direct voices, I suggest that you set
JAWS to say CAP before the letter as you type an upper case letter. To do
this, select the synthesizer and voice that you want. Go into Configuration
Manager by pressing Insert + F2 then type C and Enter. Edit the default
file by pressing Control +Shift + D. Go to Speech and Sounds Manager in the
Set Options menu (Alt + S then M). Choice the Proofreading scheme in the
list box and press Enter. Save the setting by pressing Control + S then
exit with Alt + F4.
Actually this affects all voice profiles, since you can not choose a speech
scheme when setting up a voice profile. This would be a nice addition so
Eloquence voices could to indicate capitals with pitch and Real Speak Solo
Direct voices could be configured to use a different speech scheme such as
proofreading to indicate capital letters by announcing CAP before the
letter.

Marvin, I think this is because you can't adjust the pitch of the
Realspeak
Solo voices.

i notice, when putting initial capitals, jaws it not saying the pitch, at

higher level, when using the rela speak solo voices, for say for example,
