When using Outlook Express, I have chosen Crystal 16 as my Say All Voice. Yet, for some odd reason, I get Tom, one of the American voices which either reads a line or two and then is replaced by Crystal 16 or reads the entire document. I'd like to get this setting fixed so that it reads with my chosen voice, not some arbitrary voice coming out of Heaven knows where. Can anyone make a suggestion or two as to how to correct this problem?
