hello there;
you have your messages grouped by conversation, so, all the messages
pertaining to a subject line, are in that group of messages. you can turn
this off by;
1, while in Outlook express, press, alt+v= current view submenu, you need
to, right arrow to open, or just press enter.
2, now, you need to down arrow, and uncheck, group all messages by
conversation. it's currently checked.
to uncheck this box, just press the enter key.
now your messages will not be grouped by conversation, and everything will
be back to normal.

Hi list,
Just recently, I am getting collapsed emails, and I can't grasp what it
means!
What it is; JAWS says collapsed before the sender's name.
When I delete it, I got a prompt saying, the collapsed message of this
conversation will also be deleted, do you want to continue?
Even though I already read the email, it is still marked as unread.
Any explanation please on what is this and how can I stop it.
