I can confirm it's worth. In the beginning I learned for my self. I've been
reading the help documentation, and I'm thankful it exists. I learned most
of the things from there, and I'm amazed why so many people don't use it.
It's very well put. There are only few things it's not good enough for me,
but it's very useful.
I learned much from it, and then I was able to help others, and because of
that, now I work in the rehab center in my area.
So FS, big thank you! I wonder where I would been without jaws.

Learning JAWS was definitely worth it, even though I have no intention of
returning to work. I use my computer strictly for personal benefit,
mostly email and web surfing and I try to learn something new every day.

computer, I just started picking up things on my own. Try listening to
the JAWS Basic Training Daisy books at your own pace. Don't worry if you

prospects. A talking computer is also a wonderful tool for personal

Well, at least I can then say that I have learned something new, although
not working, and can read some books, and listen to some music, do the
mail: etc. I thought this was the case, because saw an unemployment rate
for the blind of 70 to 80 percent and often say would the sighted
population put up with that? Why do we as blind people put up with it?
