Yes you have to type it like you see it for the email to go into your folder
you made.

Hi all,
I wish to create message rules to sort all my emails from various lists I
am on to go into their own folders. I just wanted to know, say I wanted to
put all the messages from the jaws users list into their own folder, would
I have to type: [Jaws-Users]
exactly as it appears in the subject and as I have typed it above? or can
I just type: Jaws Users
without the brackets and dash?
