I just checked and unfortunately there is nothing on the tips and tricks
page regarding favorites of any kind. Obviously he can send and receive
email and you seem to be able to navigate the web just fine. Have him hit
enter on the group home page link at the bottom of any list message. If that
works then it's possible he'll need to simply do his favorites all over
again. Honestly I have never heard of such a problem until today.
