I discovered that JAWS 9 is acting the same way--not reading mesages in OE. I am able to go up and down the list of messages, but when i open a message the computer will neither automatically read the message as it always has nor will using the cursor up and down read anything.
I checked and video intercept is installed for both versions 9 and 10. I have completely uninstalled Autosizer also. Does anyone have any other suggestions? This might be a clue: I uninstalled JAWS 7.10 and 8 and I'm wondering if that has caused this problem.
