Control shift d will allow you to edit the default dictionary.

Hi all,
I understand using ins-d to modify the dictionary pronunciation. However,
it seems that the change has only been for one voice, not tutor or JAWS
cursor, etc.
I am aware that it only changes for the current application unless you use
another key combo which has escaped me.
