I am not understanding what you are doing with the 2 rows or columns  Maybe
it is just too early in the morning for me to be reading your explanation.  

Do you have headers at the top of each column?  If so how many columns wide
is your information?

How many rows of data do you have?

Is the information for each record contained to one row, or is it stored on
2 or more rows for each record?

Yes I think I know how to sort but say in column f is my name Ann and I am
on 100 columns.  Then Annette is on 100 rows.  I want only 2 rows 1 for Ann
and 1 for row.  I hope I explained it okay?
