Usually you will have to change the power supply. Although the fan can be separately replaced it is about as cheap to replace the entire power supply, usually a couple of bolts and the rest plug to the computer components. About a hundred bucks. Unless the computer gets really hot though it should continue to function. Of course once it does get hot you risk fire and irreparable damage to what remains of the power supply as well as all other components.
