What program? I find that in Word 2003 in print layout, with Jaws 10, Jaws will skip an entire page when arrowing down through text. This happens if my cursor is on the last line of a page, I press down arrow, and Jaws skips the entire next page. Ug. Then up arrow won't move past the top of the current page. I reported this to FS as I need to do a lot of my work in Print layout. Their response was that they recommend users use Normal layout. Talk about a lame response in my opinion.
And while on the topic of Jaws not reading text, same version of Word, also in print layout, Jaws 10 will not read line numbers when you turn line numbering on. Earlier versions read it fine, but Jaws 10 does not. I haven't tried outlines or numbered lists, but I expect they have the same problems with Jaws 10. The FS response was to maximize the screen, ug, which makes no difference.
