Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] sticky keys function
hello,
If he uses xp, check if in control panel/accesibility options if the
sticky keys is checked. If not, let him check it and confirm with ok. But
before that, he can explore what options he has under the settings button.
There is the following checkbox "Turn StickyKeys off if two keys are
pressed at once". That may be the problem.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] sticky keys function
Hello list,
I am helping a blind person with poor hands coordination using the
computer and I am introducing sticky keys, but sticky keys shut off when
another key combination is pressed.
For example, to select a word we have to press shift and ctrl keys
together while pressing right arrow key.
But sticky keys function shuts off if any combination keys are pressed.
Any idea on how to solve this problem please?
Thank you,
Estelita
