Hi Ann,
I see that no one has answered your query yet. So, I am going to take a shot at it. If you are using the Jaws cursor in a Print Preview mode, then it is most likely the worksheet will print out the same way. Why don't you try to print the sheet as a Landscape? 1. Press ALT F (for File) and then u (for Page Setup). 2. If you are not already on it, CONTROL TAB to the "Page" property sheet. 3. TAB to "Portrait" and then ARROW down to "Landscape". 4. If you would like the size of the printed area to spread out to fit the size of the paper, ARROW to "Scaling" or "Fit To" and press SPACEBAR to check this on before TABBING on. Scaling may either reduce or increase the printed view of your worksheet, depending on its size. 5. TAB to "OK" and press ENTER. Excel will print one copy of the workbook out. Since I'm an Office 2007 user, these instructions are curtesy http://web.onetel.com/~fromthekeyboard/ Regards Roopakshi from India --- On Mon, 3/16/09, Ann Byrne <ann...@sbcglobal.net> wrote: > From: Ann Byrne <ann...@sbcglobal.net> > Subject: [JAWS-Users] Printing truncated cells in Excel > To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com > Date: Monday, March 16, 2009, 2:40 AM > When printing an Excel worksheet where the JAWS cursor > indicates that > only part of the cell is displayed on the screen, how much > of the > cell will actually print?
