Recently I posted my ongoing displeasure with Jaws repeating text in the Microsoft office applications I use most frequently. I figured I had just wasted some band width and vented a bit of frustration when to my surprise FS contacted me and spent probably the better part of 45 minutes walking me through some fixes and test procedures. I will attempt to share what I can remember. First of all go through all of the settings to optimize jaws for your particular flavor of windows, to my chagrin a couple of these settings had changed from the FS recommendations. Now go to your control panel, open Accessibility options, CTRL-Tab to Display options, Tab until you hear cursor blink rate and for Windows-XP make certain it is set to 63%, Tab to ok and press spacebar now Close the control panel and check your results. Thus far my repeating issue seems to be solved. TNX again Eric, Brian and John.
