Hello. I have a friend who is having this problem. She pushes the questionmark key but it says another punctuation like left double bracket or something of that nature. I tolk her to have a sighted person take a look to see if the questionmark is coming out correctly on the screen. If it is, what could be causing her jaws to do this? She is using jaws 8.
