I tried IE 8 twice but went back to IE 7 because some web pages wouldn't
load and I Found IE 8 to be slower than IE 7. JAWS 9 seemed to read
everything okay except for the Address Bar. I'm also running XP Pro with
2gb of RAM.

IE8 slowed down my PC so much that I went back to IE7!
If it has installed, uninstall it and you will go back to IE7.
I think we should all write to Microsoft and tell them that it is c...!
