1. find the first file you wish to copy or move.
2. Hold down the control key until I tell you other wise.
3. arrow down to the next file and hit the space bar.
4. repeat step 3 until all of the files are selected.
5. if you're copying the files hit the letter C, if you're moving the files
hit the letter X.
6. Let up on the control key.
7. navigate to where you want the files to go.
8. hit control plus the letter V, you're done.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Copying music Files

If I have a CD saved on my computer that has 10 songs on it, and I want to
move number 1, number 3,
and number 5 to a different folder, is there a way that I can copy all three
of those and move them
at the same time? Or, do I have to move them one at a time? I tried using
the Append to Clipboard
key stroke and it doesn't seem to work for music files. By the way, I am
using JAWS 9 and Windows
XP.

Thanks,
Donnie
