You have to be in the main window for those keys to work.
Try alt + w, to get to main window. If you hit alt, see if you can
arrow up to the winamp settings. That will let you turn off any
window not using without going into them.

All of the winamp keyboard commands seem to work with the
exception of the left and right arrow rewind and foreword
commands. The recording is saved as a Winamp Media file.
Any ideas on what might be going on?
