Hello; Listers, I am In, a, big, problem! Avast Anti Virus is not updating! I 
tried the automatic update and the manual update and nothing works! On the 
manual update Avast just sits their! I need some help!
 Outgoing mail is Virus Scanned byNorman Data Defense.        Inbound Spam 
reduced 98.2% byVircom Sieve.
