You can  get this functionality for free with the portable version of NVDA
as unlike Jaws it does not rely upon a video intercept driver. If you want
to go  this route I can post the contents of an autorun.inf file which will
start NVDA automatically from CDs and simply require the pressing of enter
when the autorun dialogue comes up from a USB stick. Maybe this should be
done on  the  blind computing list though.

Thanks Chris, I thought that if I have JAWS installed in thumb drive, I can 
use it to any computer without installing JAWS there especially when I'm on 
the road.
But I think is not as easy as what I thought.
