I have Word 2000, so it may not be the same. On the insert menu, go
to text box and hit enter. I haven't a clue how to move them around,
though--unless cut/paste would do it.

More on text boxes. I think I used to create them and then couldn't
get out of them, no matter what I did. I finally learned to save the
document, then alt-f4 out of it, then reopen it to continue working. Yuck!
