Well I actually had 0 keys remain. I asked for a reset, which was fine, but they can only give me one due to the fact I made a request in the past 60
days. This is due to Windows upgrades etc.

Chris,

Something needs claraification.  OK, you're not speaking on behalf of
Freedom Scientific.  how can they reset it 'to one', if you're down to
your last one, which is the time you are supposed to request a reset
should you need it?

reset your install count to 1 if you've made a request within the past

days.
